My elderly parents both needed new glasses.
They we're served by a lady, who in their words, was the most beautiful helpful girl they've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Toni helped mum, who has dementia choose her new glasses and went out of her way to make sure the whole process was as easy as possible for them.
